Gift vouchers
I haven't received my voucher – what now?
Have you just ordered a gift voucher but can't see it in your inbox? Check that you have entered the correct email address. It is also possible that emails from new senders are considered spam by your email provider. So be sure to check your spam folder in your email application. Need more help? I can't use the QR code or the numerical code
This is normal. The QR code or numerical code is intended for restaurants to redeem your voucher.
I have received a voucher. What now?
You can make a reservation via the TableFever website or the restaurant in question. You then take the voucher with you to the restaurant and hand it in there.
Please note: You must print out the voucher.
My voucher has expired. What can I do?
You can renew your voucher online via the “My voucher” link. You can renew it up to 6 months after the expiry date. More than 6 months after the expiry date? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to renew this voucher.
The amount is (too) large – can I split the voucher to use it several times?
You can “split” the voucher via the “My voucher” link. The system will then provide you with new vouchers according to the split you have chosen. The original voucher will then no longer be valid. Only the split vouchers can then be redeemed.
I would like an invoice for my order – is this possible?
Of course. When ordering, you can indicate that you are a company. Enter your company details and the system will automatically send an email with the invoice.
Please note: the invoice always comes in a separate email and it may take a while to process. We therefore ask for your patience.
